My Tran has been employed by Alpert/Siegel & Associates for over seven years.  Upon receiving her California Real Estate License, she entered the area of Real Estate brokerage for restaurants. My has been instrumental in many of the details of the Restaurant Real Estate transactions performed by the firm.

ABE SKALETZKY
Abe Skaletzky has been actively involved in the Real Estate Restaurant Brokerage industry and Restaurant market valuation for over eighteen years.  His expertise in restaurant site selection, lease / sale negotiations, and market business valuations for the restaurant / food service industry has assisted some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles.  Abe brings an impressive list of credentials to the company that includes considerable brokerage restaurant transactions and the sale of existing business such as “Vienna Café and Melrose Bakery”,  “Domino’s Pizza”, “Hard Rock Café”, “Bono’s”, "Roman’s", “La Serenata de Garibaldi”, “Fish Grill ”,  “Trastevere Restorante Italiano”, “California Chicken Café” among others.  Along the way he has obtained a large and loyal following of independent restaurateurs as well as corporate clients that require a confidential disposition of their restaurant or business asset.

HOWARD J. ALPERT
Howard Alpert grew up in the food processing business, received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, and is a practicing Real Estate Broker in the States of California and Illinois.  In 1981 he found and successfully operated Illinois National Realty Corporation, specializing in restaurants and food service operations until the sale of his interest in the firm to his business in 1985.  Relocating to Southern California, Howard has performed numerous commercial real estate and restaurant brokerage transactions, was Vice-President of a major real estate brokerage firm, and has established a commercial real estate brokerage company for a respectable development company in Southern California, performing both brokerage activities and training for agents, prior to establishing, ALPERT/SIEGEL & ASSOCIATES, INC. in 1991. In 1994, Howard bought out his partner, who wanted to pursue other interests.
